Car rental rates in EUR (V.A.T. 24% excluded):
All cars have air conditioning.
All rates are in EURO.
1. The rates are in EUR/day, including collision damage waiver, theft protection, third party insurance, limited number of kilometres.
2. Tariffs do not include: v.a.t. 24%, personal insurance in case of accident, parking fees, traffic fines, and fuel.
3. The car shall be rented with a full tank and shall be returned with a full tank. Otherwise, we shall charge 2 euro / liter of missing fuel.
4. The car's driver has to be at least 21 and have the driver's licence for at least 1 year for DACIA LOGAN, DACIA DUSTER AND BMW 1 SERIES; 23 years/3 years for the following vehicles: BMW 3 series and BMW X1; 25 years/3 years for the following vehicles: BMW 5 series, BMW X3, BMW X5, BMW X6.
5. The delivery and take over of the car from / in Bucharest otopeni airport, Bucharest Baneasa, Timisoara airport, cluj Napoca, Brasov, Sibiu and Constanta.
6. The delivery and take over of cars to / from other locations, where our company does not have offices, shall be charged with 0.50 EUR / km.
7. The delivery and take over of cars outside our office hours (08.00 am – 20.00 pm) shall be charged with an extra-schedule fee.
8. Renting the car outside Romania is allowded only with the approval of the company's management.
9. The cross border services cost 30 eur + v.a.t. in UE and 50 eur + v.a.t. outside UE.
10. The following services can be provided upon request: child chair, tyre chains, winter tyres, protocol services (providing business programs by reserving hotels during the period of time mentioned, contacting translators, if needed - for English, German, Italian).
