Located right at the entrance of Eforie Nord, at only 200 m of the Black Sea Coast. It's positioning was especially chosen in order to encourage the development of the watering tourism, considering the diversity of the treatments offered by the local treatment resorts (plant baths, massage, mud packaging, cold and warm baths, etc.) and also to encourage the holiday tourism. Furthermore, the business tourism cannot be neglected because the location encourages the businessmen in the Free Zone of Agigea, or because of the representatives of the various companies which are assigned on this area.

Colonial Bed & Breakfast is build in the American classic style and it offers a special comfort due to the quality of the materials used for the construction and the finishing of the building. The ensemble is in use starting with the summer of 2002 and it offers services of 3 stars quality. Three of the pension rooms have air conditioning .The standard facilities of the rooms are:

It also offers 2 beach beds, free of charge, on their own beach for the tourists which choose air conditioning and half or full board package.
